In the third episode of the series 'The Expert Talks' we introduce Lydia Stankova, Front Office Manager. For 25 years, she has been the company’s sharp yet gentle edge, helping every client get the best insurance solution.
- One of the biggest challenges in our work is identifying potential clients and turning them into loyal and long-term partners. We know we’ve done our job well when our clients trust us, we have established lasting connections, and they recommend us to others.
- In our field, we often encounter emotional and skeptical clients. However, even the most distrustful client responds positively to employees who understand, address, and exceed their expectations.
- My team and I always strive to understand the client from the very beginning. What has brought them to us? Have they made a purchase decision, or are they still gathering additional information? The answers to these questions are our starting point for offering exactly what the client needs. We aim to think one step ahead and save our clients' time and effort.
- The key factor in any purchasing decision is the overall value that the client will receive. Our colleagues provide complete and knowledgeable information about all the insurance products we offer.
- My greatest satisfaction comes when even the most skeptical client leaves the office satisfied, having found the best insurance solution for themselves or their business. This is the thrill of my profession that keeps me in shape and at the level our clients seek.
