What is this insurance?
ElectroPROTECTION insurance is a voluntary property insurance intended for household users (households) who are customers of "Electrohold Sales" EAD.
What does the insurance cover?
The insurance covers damage to household electrical appliances, entertainment equipment and computer equipment, occurring as a result of:
Short circuit
An accidentally created connection in an electrical circuit between two points of different potential, where the strength of the current flowing is of a value for which the circuit was not designed.
Electric shock
Sudden change in the values of the electrical supply (voltage supply higher than standard).
Induction of electric current in the power distribution network
A phenomenon caused by an indirect lightning strike, in which damage can be caused, expressed in the destruction, damage or change in the technical characteristics of electronic devices and electrical appliances or of their individual modules and elements.
Where does the insurance apply?
At the address of a specific real estate, indicated by the relevant point of delivery and customer number of electricity delivered through "Electrohold Sales" EAD.
Insurance conditions
What is the duration of the Insurance cover?
For a period of one year( from the first paid premium) or until the insurance limit is exhausted.
What is the sum insured?
The insured sum is BGN 3,000.
To become an insurance customer you should receive an offer and pre-contract information.
You can pay the first and every subsequent installment for ElectroPROTECTION insurance at the cash desk of a FastPay or EasyPay payment operator, and for convenience you can do this when paying the monthly electricity bill.
Upon payment of the first installment of BGN 2, the insurance is activated and at the checkout you will receive a certificate and General Terms and Conditions for the insurance.
The monthly payment is included in the electricity invoice, but the insurance and the use of electricity are separate and independent products.
"ElectoPROTECTION" is a voluntary property insurance that is concluded for a period of one year and is not tied to the use of electricity.
