What is this insurance?
Insure carrier's liability for damages caused to road trasnported cargo, with vehicles intended for this purpose.
What does the insurance cover?
Basic cover:
- Loss or damage to cargo for which the carrier is responsible under applicable law.
Additional coverage
We recommend that you extend your coverage with one or more additional Clauses.
Each additional cover is selected only in combination with the main one.
- Significant delay in delivery;
- Necessary expenses;
- Loss or damage to a foreign trailer, which occurred as a result of a road accident, fire or theft in the territory of the EU;
- Cabotage transport;
- Transportation of perishable goods, bulky cargo, new and/or used cars.
Where does the insurance apply?
- Domestic transport in the Republic of Bulgaria;
- International shipments in Europe and Asia carried out under the regime of the CMR Convention.
Insurance conditions
What is the duration of the Insurance cover?
For a period of 1 year.
What is the liability limit?
It is determined by the customer, the usual limit for 1 kg of lost or damaged cargo is usually equal to 8.33 SDRs.
