Trip Cancellation Claim

Notify Euroins about the event within 5 working days:

Necessary documents:

  • Request for payment of compensation;
  • Medical documents certifying the event (in case of accident or illness);
  • Contract with a tour operator and general conditions to it;
  • Original payment documents;
  • Document proving family ties - copy (required only in cases where the insured person did not travel due to the death, accident or illness of a close relative);
  • Death certificate (required only in cases where the insured person did not travel due to the death of a close relative);
  • Bank account.

The insurer has the right, within 45 days from the date of filing the claim, to request additional documents and information, according to Art. 106 and Art. 107 of the CC for determining the basis for payment and the amount of insurance compensation.
