We also present to you the two new customer portals - MyEuroins and MyHealth.

In MyEuroins, you will be able to quickly and easily take out insurance, to pay an installment online, to track the status of a submitted claimand more.You will be able to track the history of all the insurances you have taken out for the last three years.

The customer portal MyEuroins started with the sale of "Civil liability of motorists".The online sale of travel insurance will soon be available like"Tourism in Bulgaria", "Travel assistance" and "Travel cancellation", and at the beginning of next year, the online sale of three new products from the company's portfolio, along with full administration of the claims process. MyEuroins is intended for use by individual and corporate clients. Customers who have more than one company have the option to manage all their insurance policies from one customer profile.

The health portal MyHealth is designed for users of Medical Insurance in Euroins.In MyHealth you will be able to follow the history of your preventive examinations,to submit a claim for reimbursement for examinations and tests you paid for, to receive decisions on filed claims and others.All communication and service between a customer and Euroins is done in the portal,which facilitates and speeds up the process for paying benefits.
