Damage from failure
1. Prepare a Bilateral Traffic Accident Protocol between the parties containing the amount of damage, accompanied by detailed photographic material.
2. Write a Note in the bill of lading, column 19;
3. Send a written protest to the carrier;
4. Notify us by phone: 0700 17241 and/or e-mail: cargo.claims@euroins.bg within 3 working days.
Necessary documents:
- Notification of damage - original;
- Bill of lading – original;
- Transport order;
- Photographic material;
- Emergency protocol;
- Letter of protest to the carrier;
- Invoice for the goods;
- Packing list;
- In case of refrigerated transport – Thermal tape regarding the period of transport;
- Bank account - an official document from the bank.
Theft damage
